Report an Infringement

Report an infringement on Voghion

Voghion takes intellectual property seriously. If you are a rights owner or an authorized agent and you believe that a product or seller on Voghion infringes your trademark, patent, copyright or other intellectual property rights, you can report it here. Your complaint will be reviewed by our IP team and processed in accordance with our policy.

What you can report

The complaint system accepts reports concerning the following categories of IP rights:

  • Trademark — unauthorized use of your registered trademark on products, logos, store names or advertisements.
  • Patent — products that infringe your valid patent claims, including invention, utility model and design patents.
  • Copyright — unauthorized reproduction, distribution or display of your copyrighted works.
  • Other — other IP rights or situations not covered by the categories above.

Who can submit a complaint

Complaints may be submitted by the rights owner or by an authorized agent acting on the owner's behalf. When filing, your identity type — Owner or Authorized Agent — is recorded from your Account Settings. If you file as an agent, an authorization letter is required and may be requested during review.

What you need to prepare

Before you start, please have the following ready:

  • Proof of rights — registration certificates or other documents that establish your rights.
  • Evidence of infringement — product listing links, screenshots, test-purchase records or other supporting material.
  • Optional video evidence — MP4 files up to 100 MB are supported.

How the process works

Once submitted, your complaint enters initial review. If it passes, the seller is notified and given the opportunity to respond or appeal. The platform then makes a decision — the case may result in a penalty, an approved appeal, a withdrawal, or closure. You can track every step in Case Management and receive updates in your Inbox.
